These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Writeyfy platform ("Platform") as a writer. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

a. To become a writer on the Platform, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

i. Provide high-quality and original content to students.
ii. Communicate promptly and professionally with students regarding their assignments.
iii. Respect the deadlines agreed upon with the students.
iv. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions on the Platform.

i. Plagiarize or submit content that is not original or authentic.
ii. Engage in any form of academic dishonesty, including but not limited to ghostwriting, providing false credentials, or submitting work that is not your own.
iii. Violate any intellectual property rights or confidentiality agreements.
iv. Attempt to bypass the Platform's payment system or negotiate payment terms outside the Platform.
v. Engage in any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior towards students or other users of the Platform.

a. You retain ownership of the content you create and submit on the Platform.
b. By submitting content on the Platform, you grant Writeyfy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

a. You will receive payment for your services as agreed upon with the students through the Platform's payment system.
b. Writeyfy may deduct applicable fees or taxes from your earnings as per the Platform's policies.

a. Writeyfy reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion.
b. In case of termination, you will be entitled to receive any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to the termination date, subject to the Platform's policies.

Writeyfy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
